Dr. Neil Bernstein is a practicing clinical psychologist, author, and speaker based in Washington, DC. He is a nationally recognized expert who has spent over twenty five years guiding teenagers and their families through difficult times. Dr. Bernstein speaks frequently around the country to groups of parents, school counselors and mental health professionals. He also serves on the advisory board of the Partnership for a Drug Free America and is a consultant to the Washington Nationals Baseball Team.
